Don't miss Kevin Hearn playing piano for rock legends Lou Reed and Elvis Costello when the duo team up on the 2nd episode of Costello's brand new tv show Spectacle. The show debuts Wednesday Dec 3rd and the episode with Lou and Kevin airs WEDNESDAY DEC 10th at 9:00pm in the US on the Sundance channel.For you Canadian fans - CTV will be picking up the show but air dates have yet to be announced. Ed Robertson to Appear on Bravo! Canada Christmas at the Concert Hall
CHRISTMAS AT THE CONCERT HALL features some of Canada’s brightest music stars performing an eclectic mix of contemporary and classic Christmas songs on:Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT
CHRISTMAS AT THE CONCERT HALL includes Ed Robertson’s rendition of the Barenaked Ladies tune “Green Christmas” from The Grinch soundtrack, and Serena Ryder’s pitch-perfect cover of Elvis Presley’s “Blue Christmas.” Hawksley Workman performs “Merry Christmas, I Love You,” an original holiday song composed for his Grandmother. Ed Robertson and Mary Margaret O’Hara join Holly Cole on The Andrews Sisters’ “Jing-a-Ling, Jing-a-Ling.” In the rousing finale, all five artists take to the stage for the Christmas classic “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.”

Fans are able to attend the program recording in Toronto. Admission to CBC's Glenn Gould Studio is free, but we strongly encourage visitors to bring a donation (non-perishable food and/or cash) for the Daily Bread Food Bank.

As you know, I have been granted an Adjournment In Contemplation of Dismissal, which, in six months time, will hopefully result in full dismissal of my charges.I am grateful to Judge Miller and to District Attorney Fitzpatrick for this opportunity to further prove myself as a productive and law-abiding member of society. I look forward to the next six months as a period of healing and growth. I thank my lawyers, Mark Mahoney and Len Glickman and my manager Terry McBride. Special thanks also to my bandmates for their love, compassion and support through this difficult period.
The past several months have been especially hard for all of us, and I sincerely thank my family, friends and loved ones as well as all the fans who have shown their love and support; it has meant a great deal to me to be shown the impact I have on others’ lives. From people on the street who have stopped me to show their support and encouragement, to those friends and loved ones closest to me who have opened their homes and their hearts, I am deeply moved and thankful.
The greatest gift a person can know is to not go through their life alone. I am fortunate enough to have been afforded that gift.
I also apologize to all of those I have hurt or embarrassed during this episode. The respect and responsibility I have earned over the course of my life and career thus are important to me, and I am moving forward from this with gratitude and hope.

New Music Video for “Pollywog In A Bog” Transforms Ladies to Puppets
Kevin Hearn as the possum, Steven Page as the owl, Ed Robertson as the flying squirrel, Tyler Stewart as the otter, and Jim and Andy Creeggan as the fox brothers? That’s the result of Barenaked Ladies teaming up with master puppeteer Noah Ginex—who once trained at the Jim Henson Company under Kevin Clash (Sesame Street’s Elmo)—to transform themselves into woodland creatures for their new “Pollywog In A Bog” video. Under the direction of J.P. Riley of Letter Blue Productions (Rachael Yamagata, The Verve Pipe, Queen Latifah), the Barenaked forest creatures throw an impromptu concert in the woods to tell the story of pollywog’s journey to becoming a frog.
